Exercise
Do you want to be a footballer or a rugby player? Maybe you want
to be a dancer or a ballerina? Do you want to run a marathon (some
people do!)? Or are you better at running fast in short races? Perhaps
you like doing quieter things like reading or playing chess?
Whatever you like to do, exercise can help. Exercise helps you
to stay fit and healthy. It can also help you concentrate when you
need to think.
And here’s the good news…exercise is fun!
You exercise when you play sport or go to the gym or do PE. But
don’t forget you can exercise in lots of other ways too. Going
for a walk is exercise and you are also exercising when you run
around in the playground at break time.
